“It was all a dream…”
Rhubarb & Ice Ltd. Co. (R & I) is reinventing the wheel while re-energizing your palate. Mother-Daughter duo, Nathalie & Jaide-Monet born and raised in Milwaukee, WI are taking their idea of street festival and favorites to a market near you. How are we doing this you ask? By using fresh, tasty ingredients to fuel your body and soothe your soul. Remember those times you went to the fair and saw all those foods you wanted to eat but didn’t want to feel bad about eating? R & I is providing you some of those fun treats mixed with love in every bite.
We also have a few jewels to dress you from head to toe….
The Story…
Rhubarb & Ice makes everything in small batches from our home base. Our flavors are produced by our collaboration with local markets and vendors throughout the US. Our love for the earth and maintaining its resources drives our desire to serve folks quality foods and goods.

We want the community to be nourished by our energizing concoctions with iced beverages and mini treats. Doing all this while collaborating with community organizations and giving back to others. With the future in mind, we look forward to working hand in hand with local high schoolers and veterans.
